Founded on a shared belief that missions deserve strategy, Elevating Missions Consulting was created to help organizations move from vision to measurable impact. Our team brings over 17 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, marketing, and community development—combining creative storytelling with practical strategy to help organizations grow sustainably and make lasting change.

We partner with nonprofits, businesses, and faith-based organizations to strengthen their voice, deepen donor engagement, and build systems that inspire trust and long-term impact. From national organizations expanding their reach to local initiatives seeking clarity and structure, we’ve helped leaders define strategy, launch campaigns, and elevate their capacity for good.

Leadership

Elevating Missions Consulting is led by Founder & Principal Consultant, Katie Pace Quattlebaum, a seasoned nonprofit executive, strategist, and communicator with 17+ years of experience guiding organizations through growth, fundraising expansion, and brand transformation. Her career spans conservation, global health, economic development, and faith-based missions—always centered on strengthening mission, visibility, and long-term impact.

Katie has directed national and international development programs, scaled fundraising portfolios from thousands to millions, built and marketed organizational brands, and secured major donor, corporate, and foundation partnerships. She specializes in bridging strategy and storytelling—helping organizations see the big picture while executing the practical, day-to-day steps that move them forward.

Katie holds a BA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and multiple professional certifications, including:
