Our Leadership
Elevating Missions Consulting is led by Founder & Principal, Katie Pace Quattlebaum — a strategist and executive advisor with more than 17 years of experience guiding organizations through growth, revenue expansion, and brand transformation.
Katie has led national and international development initiatives, structured multi-year growth strategies, and scaled fundraising portfolios into the millions across global health, conservation, and economic development sectors. She has also directed brand positioning efforts, developed executive marketing strategies, and designed high-impact communications — including annual reports, campaign architecture, and board-level presentations that reinforce strategic growth objectives.
Her work regularly engages executive teams, boards, institutional funders, and cross-sector partners navigating expansion and market repositioning.
She bridges strategy and marketing execution — ensuring positioning, revenue, and communications move in alignment to support measurable growth.
